Hi! My name is Victor, and I came to you from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I'm currently residing in Toronto, Canada. The life here is great. For those that have never been to Canada, give it a try. Trust me, you'll enjoy it. Well, I'm currently 20, and enrolled with the University of Waterloo here studying Mechanical Engineering. I'm currently in my second year. And I must say,... the first year was hell. Over my 20 years of life, I've managed to come across some pretty interesting people. I've also learned a lot about life, and met some close friends on the way.
Starting life in the 70s, I can say that I've been through the Rock and Roll era, and the Rap era. However, my favorite taste in Music belongs to those by Kelly Chen, and of course Mariah Carey. As for favourite TV programs, I like "THE SIMPSONS" the best! Can't beat the stupidity of Homer. He reminds me most of people that I've encountered in my 20 years. Alright, maybe just a little.
On the other end of the intelligence scale, my favourite is of course Sailor Mercury. What can I say?? She's just so darn cute. Don't you just love her big blue eyes?
My most memorable times are strangely enough those of school. I guess, that must be because I've practically spent my entire life devoted to education. Did I just use the word "Devoted"? Well, it was more like forced into. Now that I've spent so many years in school, I have no regret. Life is a continuous learning process, that basically starts of on school grounds. Mine started in the early years of Primary school at a school called Sekolah Rendah Sri Damai. Wow! Can you believe it that I still remember the name? 6 years of my life was spent at that school. Half a year at a secondary school in Malaysia, and a year at a senior school here in Canada. My other most memorable memories are those from my High School here in Canada, of which I've spent a total of 5 years, preparing myself into University. Upon reaching university, one can only dream about going back to high school.
To me, true life starts at the University level. That's only because I'm only 20, and has yet to experience everything. Besides, what is Life? A box of chocolate? If it is, what flavour would it be? Well, yes, life is complicating. True life has yet to be determined. Most likely, it never will be. Until then, no one can or will be able to predict what life is going to be. It is our destiny to say what life really is.
